With nearly three decades of experience in performance, directing, and education, Adam Dear brings a wealth of expertise—from feature films like Everything in Between and 1500 Steps, to acclaimed stage productions such as Whiteley at the Sydney Opera House and The Ghost Sonata with Opera Australia at the Malthouse Theatre.

Under his leadership, Reindear Productions actively contributes to the Tasmanian theatre scene—producing compelling works like Constellations by Nick Payne, while also serving as an adjudicator for the Theatre Council of Tasmania and the PAGE to STAGE playwriting competition, showcasing its dedication to creative development and performance excellence.
